I cannot say enough good things about Alexis, as a Real Estate professional and as a person. It is clear to me that the Universe influenced my decision to give her a call, based only the lawn sign on another neighborhood house. My mother had passed away only a week earlier and I needed to sell her house quickly. The sale was going to be especially challenging, given the very poor condition of the house and the other circumstances with which I was dealing. I interviewed three brokers; Alexis was far and away the most impressive, in spite of having fewer years in the business than the others. Her local knowledge, enthusiasm and commitment was evident from the start. She priced and marketed the house brilliantly and the ultimate sale price exceeded all my expectations. More importantly, she was responsive, engaged and helpful. She offered to help me with challenges that had nothing to do with the sale of the house, simply because she a kind, considerate person. After the house sold, I needed to find a place for my elderly, dependent sister to live. Alexis offered to look for apartments (I repeat...this was after the sale). Ultimately, when I decided to purchase a mobile home for my sister, Alexis immediately offered her help and worked as hard on a transaction that paid her next to nothing in commission, as she did the sale of my mother's house. She treated me like a family member, not as a client. You'll not find a better individual to be your partner in a real estate transaction; you're not likely to find a better person to know. Alexis is awesome!

I'll start by saying as first time home buyers my wife and I had no idea what we were getting into. No matter how much research we did there was nothing that could give us any certainty that the process would go well and that we wouldn't end up making a mistake which could cost us a lot of money. Then one of our good friends introduced us to Alexis--oh my god, what a blessing that was. As first time home buyers we really had a very minimal idea of what we wanted or even where we wanted to live. We knew the very basics and that is what we told Alexis. With that minimal amount of information she set out to lead us down the path to our home in a very hassle free and no pressure way.
Every day she diligently sent us a list of houses which matched our very minimal criteria and as we learned what we liked she kept us on track by telling us about the types of homes we should look at. Eventually, actually about six months later, we narrowed down our requirements which included the fact that we did not want to buy in LA County any more, we wanted to move to Riverside county. We thought she would drop us right then and there but, thankfully she did not skip a beat and kept on marching on with us.
Once we got into the buying process she was fully on board. We became what I consider to be very high maintenance because we started asking a lot of questions due to our excitement and inquisitiveness. To our delight she was just as excited to answer all of our questions no matter the time of day! Her being this open put us completely at ease and helped us to relax and focus, because trust me at this point this process gets really stressful. Alexis has a knack for keeping us level headed even when things got tough. She knows how to handle us first time homebuyers and let us know that everything will be okay and you know what in the end she was right.
Her calm demeanor throughout and thorough knowledge of the process allowed us to focus on finding the home we wanted. She was also very quick to submit offers and any paperwork that she needed to make things happen for us, from offers to inspections, she was always on top of it. Again, this type of attentiveness put us at ease and helped us distress.
I can't recommend Alexis enough for all types of buyers, from first time homeowners to second and third time experienced homeowners. She knows what she is doing, she understands the market and is extremely dedicated to making sure when you get the keys to your home you are completely satisfied and can focus on enjoying your new home. The process is stressful enough, why not have someone as dedicated as you are by your side?
